Size and Fit.

The model is 1.65cm tall and wears size S, we recommend that if you are in doubt between two sizes, choose the smaller one, keep in mind that the fabric is elastic and always gives a little more size.

At Güendolina we process orders within a period of 3 to 10 business days from the next business day at the time the purchase was made. We are a slow fashion brand and all products are made by hand in our atelier and in local workshops, hence the time it takes to process the order.
Once the order is processed, you will receive an email that the order is on its way where you can track it. Shipping transit time varies depending on the area. The transport companies we collaborate with are SEUR for Spain and Portugal, UPS for the rest of the world. You can check your area in the following table:

Note : In the event that the transport company is delayed in delivering the order due to any adverse cause, you must first contact them to inform you about your delivery. If you need any additional help, we will be happy to assist you with all your questions.

Return Policy

The User may return the requested product(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

a) The products have not been used;

b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;

c) The products are complete. All materials accompanying orders must be returned.

The customer must request the return of the order through the email returns@guendolina.com indicating the item(s) they wish to return, as well as the order number.

The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if your return was made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Güendolina will not reimburse shipping costs. Therefore, Güendolina will not reimburse expenses related to shipping costs initially charged to the customer of the respective order.

Once the returned product is received, Güendolina will analyze and confirm its status. If everything is correct, the amount paid for the item(s) will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days. The customer will always receive the money back for the same payment method with which the order was placed.

In case of changes in size or one item for another, you will also have to request a return and make a new purchase.

If you wish to return one or more items, you can request a refund using the same payment method.

If returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Güendolina reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.

In the event of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Güendolina is responsible for collecting the item(s) at an address chosen by the user. Please note that collections are only accepted from the original shipping country of the respective order, excluding islands.

CHRISTMAS PURCHASES: Orders placed between November 27th and December 25th can be returned until January 18th.
