All our products are designed and made in Spain, in our atelier in Pontevedra (Galicia) and in local workshops close to ours, thus guaranteeing total control of the process from the initial design to the final production. We take care of each stage to ensure that each garment is a reflection of the quality and style that defines us, respecting labor regulations and committing to the environment.

Sizing varies depending on each model, but generally our customers wear their usual size. Products with elastic fabric (see composition of each model) tend to be a little bigger, so if you are unsure between two sizes it would be better to choose the smaller one. You can also consult the Size Guide with the corresponding measurements. If you still have doubts, you can call us and we will advise you whenever you need it.

We manufacture from sizes XXS to XXL, if you need a larger or smaller size than those we have available, we can make more sizes on request.

Yes, but always respecting the models in our collection, that is, we do not make custom models, we do make our models in other colors or in sizes that we do not have available, for example 3XL etc. To do this you would have to send us an email requesting a custom order, change of color, fabric or size. All custom orders could not be changed or returned and would have an additional cost depending on their modification.

All our products come with a red security seal at the bottom to ensure they are not used and returned. Once you are sure you are keeping the item, you can easily remove it by using scissors, cutting along the dotted line and separating the two pieces. In addition, you will find instructions on how to remove it behind the product label.

ORDERS

Once you place your order, if it is not already in stock, it will be processed the following day. This process takes between 3 and 10 days to complete. During this time, you can call us or contact us by email to find out more precisely what stage of the process it is in and exactly how many days it will take to be shipped.

Yes, of course, if you have an upcoming event and need it more urgently, always contact us to let us know, we will put a note on your order and we will try to expedite it as much as possible within our possibilities.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email in your email, after which you will receive a new notification in your email when it is ready for shipment. During the preparation period, you will not receive notifications, so do not worry and wait until we send you the confirmation email that your shipment is on its way. If you do not receive the first order confirmation email, please let us know by email or call us in case there is an error with your email address so we can modify it.

We guarantee that you will always receive a response to your email. Due to the volume of messages we receive during peak seasons, our response may take a little longer, but never more than 24 to 48 hours. That is why we appreciate your patience, we assure you that we will respond as quickly as possible.

If you want to change the size of your order or change the model, there will be no problem as long as it has not been sent yet. Send us an email or call us as soon as possible to change it in your order. If you are in a hurry, a phone call is always faster to contact us.

SHIPPING

All shipments to Spain and Portugal are completely free. For islands and international orders, you can consult our price table for shipping costs and transit time, which will also appear before making the payment.

As you know, we are a slow fashion brand and we work with low stock, so most of our products are made to order. If the product is available it will be shipped the next business day after purchase. If it is made, it usually takes 3 to 10 days to manufacture it and it will be shipped when it is ready. Once it is shipped, it usually takes 1 or 2 days to be delivered to Spain and a maximum of one week for international orders. However, you can check your region more specifically for transit times. We will also send you an email with the tracking number so that you can follow your shipment once it leaves our Atelier.

For shipments to Spain and Portugal we work with GLS and for international shipments UPS.

Once your order leaves our Atelier, we will send you an email with the tracking number so that you can track your shipment on the carrier's website. Here are the pages for both, for national GLS and international UPS shipments.

RETURNS

Of course, you can return your product if it does not fit you or you are not satisfied within 14 calendar days from when you receive it at home. Returns are made through a refund.

To return an item, please email us at returns@guendolina.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond within 24-48 hours, providing you with return instructions and steps to download your label. You can also select a Pick Up collection point to drop off your package, so you don't have to worry about collecting it at your home.

We do not make direct exchanges. If you need an exchange, you must return your order and make a new purchase. In the case of a return for exchange, the shipping costs will be on us.

The cost of the return is always borne by the customer, it will cost €5.99 for Spain and Portugal unless it is a return for exchange, in which case it will be free for mainland Spain.

You must place the product inside the box with its original labels and the red security seal, as well as the purchase receipt that was inside, close it properly and send us the tracking number and the transport company by email.

Your refund amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

We will not notify you when we receive the return, you will only receive an email when we process the refund. Please note that once the package has been dropped off at the collection point, we usually receive it within 4-5 business days. We then check that everything is in order and process the refund.

Once we receive the product, we will verify that everything is in order. The refund may take up to a maximum of 14 days to process, but it usually takes less time.
